- In his book, Stephen McKenna recounts that while he was at the Tailhook symposium, he was drinking at the outdoor pool when a fellow flight instructor dared him to go up to a young woman who had very long hair and touch her hair with his *censored*. McKenna said he did what his colleague dared him to do, turned around, and then went to his hotel room where he fell asleep.
